Effective from 26 October 2026.

§ 1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the addonspresta.com online store for buying modules for the PrestaShop platform in it and for downloading free modules. They are also the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

1.2. The store is operated by Codestorm Ireneusz Kierkowski, ul. Kazimierza Morawskiego 5 lok. 127, 30-102 Kraków, Poland, a sole trader entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP (tax ID) 5521609516, EU VAT number PL5521609516 (the "Seller" or "we").

1.3. You can contact us:

  • by e-mail: mail@addonspresta.com,
  • through the contact form,
  • by phone: +48 504 704 189, Monday to Friday, 12:00–16:00 CET (standard operator rates apply),
  • by post: at the address given in section 1.2.

1.4. The Licence and Sales Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and describes in detail the licence, updates, technical support, the 30-day return guarantee, volume licences and unlimited licences. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

1.5. The Terms are available free of charge on the store's website before the contract is concluded, in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed. They are published in English, Polish and French; all language versions have the same content. In relations with Business Customers, the Polish version prevails in the event of discrepancies.

1.6. PrestaShop is a trademark of PrestaShop SA. The Seller is not affiliated with PrestaShop SA; its name is used only to describe the compatibility of the modules.

§ 2. Definitions

Business Days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

Business Customer — a Customer who is not a Consumer, including a Sole Trader with Consumer Rights to the extent of the provisions that do not apply to them.

Consumer — a natural person who concludes a contract with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Customer — a person who buys a Module or intends to do so: a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality that has legal capacity.

Account — a password-protected customer account in the store, in which the Customer's data, order history and Modules available for download are stored.

Licence — the licence to use a Module granted on the terms of § 7 and the Licence and Sales Policy.

Service — a service offered in the Store and performed by the Seller in the Customer's shop, in particular a PrestaShop upgrade, a security audit and fix, or development work billed by the hour.

Module — software (an extension) for the PrestaShop platform offered in the store, together with its documentation, delivered in digital form; a Module is digital content within the meaning of Polish and EU consumer law.

Sole Trader with Consumer Rights — a natural person who concludes a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for them, in particular in view of the subject of their business activity as entered in CEIDG (Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code).

Store — the online store available at addonspresta.com.

Update — a new version of a Module, including bug fixes, security fixes, compatibility updates and new features.

§ 3. Services provided electronically

3.1. Through the Store, the Seller provides the following services free of charge:

  • browsing the catalogue and information on the Modules,
  • the Account — for an indefinite period, from registration until it is deleted,
  • the newsletter — for an indefinite period, from subscription until it is cancelled,
  • the contact form — one-off, each time a message is sent,
  • reviews of Modules — publishing reviews written by logged-in Customers.

3.2. To use the Store you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge in a version released in the last two years) and an active e-mail address. Installing a Module requires a PrestaShop shop in a version stated on the Module page and a server that meets the requirements stated there.

3.3. The Customer must use the Store lawfully and in good faith, in particular must not provide unlawful content, give false data of other persons, or interfere with the operation of the Store.

3.4. The Customer may delete the Account or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without giving a reason — the newsletter through the link in each message, the Account by writing to mail@addonspresta.com. Deleting the Account does not affect contracts already concluded, but the Customer then loses access to Module downloads through the Account; we will send the latest versions of purchased Modules by e-mail on request.

3.5. The Seller may terminate a free service with 14 days' notice for an important reason (closing the Store or a change in the law), and with immediate effect if the Customer seriously breaches § 3.3 despite being asked to stop.

3.6. Use of electronic services involves the usual risks of the internet, such as malware or unauthorised access to data. The Seller uses appropriate technical and organisational measures (including an encrypted connection) to reduce them.

§ 4. Information about the Modules and prices

4.1. Each Module page states its main features, the supported PrestaShop and PHP versions, compatibility (interoperability) requirements, the price and other information required by law. The Modules have no technical protection measures: they contain no encryption, licence keys or remote activation (see the Licence and Sales Policy).

4.2. Prices are given in euros (EUR) or Polish zlotys (PLN), depending on the currency selected, as net prices (without VAT). The product page also shows the price including VAT for the visitor's country, and the cart and the order summary show the VAT and the total amount to pay before the order is placed. Consumers pay VAT at the rate of their EU country. Business Customers from other EU countries with a VAT number that is valid in the VIES system pay the net price under the reverse charge mechanism. There are no delivery costs.

4.3. When a price is reduced, next to the reduced price we show the lowest price of the Module in the 30 days before the reduction was introduced; if the Module has been offered for less than 30 days, the lowest price since it was first offered.

4.4. Information in the Store is an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

4.5. Prices may be personalised only on the basis of discount codes and price rules visible to the Customer; we do not personalise prices on the basis of automated decision-making.

4.6. Discount codes, including the welcome code for newsletter subscribers, are subject to the conditions shown with the offer (in particular the amount of the discount and the validity period). Unless stated otherwise, each code can be used once per Customer, cannot be combined with other codes and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the amount actually paid is refunded.

§ 5. Placing an order and concluding the contract

5.1. To place an order, the Customer adds Modules to the cart, gives the data needed for the order and invoice (an order requires an Account — the Customer creates one or signs in), chooses a payment method, accepts these Terms and confirms the order with the button "Order with an obligation to pay" (or an equivalent wording).

5.2. Before placing the order the Customer can check and correct the data and the content of the cart.

5.3. The contract of sale of a Module licence is concluded when the Customer places the order. We confirm the conclusion of the contract by e-mail with the order details and links to these Terms and the Licence and Sales Policy in the version in force on the day of the order; the Customer can download and save them.

5.4. A Customer who buys for their business should give the company details and VAT number in the order, so that the invoice is issued to the business.

5.5. Orders are accepted from Customers in the member states of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The Store can be browsed from any country. The currency is preset based on the visitor's location and can be changed at any time.

§ 6. Payment and delivery of the Modules

6.1. The available payment methods are shown during checkout, in particular online payments processed by Stripe and bank transfer. Payment is due when the order is placed; we may cancel an order that has not been paid within 7 days. For a bank transfer, the account details, the amount and the transfer reference (the order reference) are shown on the confirmation page after the order is placed and sent by e-mail; a bank transfer payment is made when the amount is credited to our account.

6.2. The Module is supplied immediately after the payment is credited: the download link is sent by e-mail and is available in My account → Order history. The Module is delivered as a ZIP archive installed through the PrestaShop administration panel.

6.3. Until the Module is supplied, the Customer may at any time demand that it be supplied.

6.4. If the Module is not supplied, the Customer may ask us to supply it, and if we fail to do so immediately or within an additional time agreed with the Customer, may withdraw from the contract.

6.5. For each order we issue a VAT invoice and make it available in the Account or send it by e-mail. The Customer agrees to receive invoices electronically.

§ 7. Licence

7.1. On delivery of the Module, the Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual Licence to use the Module in one shop (one PrestaShop installation, including any number of shops in multistore mode and its non-public development and test copies), within the following fields of use: installation and running, making copies needed to use and back up the Module, and modifying the code for the needs of the shop covered by the Licence.

7.2. The Customer may not share, publish, sell, rent or otherwise make available the Module or a modified version to third parties, in whole or in part. The detailed scope of the Licence, including volume and unlimited licences, is set out in the Licence and Sales Policy. The rights of the lawful user under mandatory provisions of copyright law, in particular the right to make a backup copy, remain unaffected.

7.3. Under the Licence the Customer receives Updates of the Module for life, for as long as the Module is developed, and 12 months of technical support, on the terms of the Licence and Sales Policy.

§ 7a. Services

7a.1. The scope, price and conditions of each Service are described on its page in the Store. Prices of Services are net prices; VAT is added according to § 4.2.

7a.2. Within 2 Business Days of the order, the Seller contacts the Customer to agree on the detailed scope, the access needed and the schedule. If the scope cannot be agreed or the Service cannot be performed in the Customer's shop, either party may withdraw from the contract and the Seller refunds the full price.

7a.3. Development work is billed by the hour: the Customer orders the estimated number of hours and the Seller confirms the estimate before starting. Hours not used are refunded; additional hours require the Customer's approval and a separate order.

7a.4. The Customer provides the access needed (for example to a copy of the shop and to the server) and a current backup. The Seller works on a copy of the shop where possible and deploys changes to the production shop only after the Customer's approval.

7a.5. A Consumer or a Sole Trader with Consumer Rights may withdraw from a contract for a Service within 14 days of its conclusion. If, at their express request, the Seller starts the Service before that period ends, they pay for the part of the Service performed until the withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires once the Service has been fully performed, if it was started with their express consent and after they acknowledged that they would lose the right. The 30-day return guarantee in § 9.2 applies to Modules only.

7a.6. Complaints about a Service are handled as described in § 8.4. If the Service was not performed properly, the Seller corrects it free of charge.

§ 7b. Free Modules

7b.1. Modules offered in the Store without a price and marked "Free" (the "Free Modules") can be downloaded without creating an Account or placing an order, with the "Free download" button on the Module page. On download, the Seller grants the Customer a Licence free of charge on the terms of points 7.1 and 7.2, the same as for paid Modules.

7b.2. Free Modules come without technical support. New versions, if we release them, are downloaded the same way from the Module page. Point 7.3 and § 9 do not apply, as the Customer pays no price; the Customer may stop using the Module and delete it at any time. § 8 applies to the extent required by mandatory law.

7b.3. After downloading, the Customer may voluntarily support the development of the Free Modules with a one-off payment through Stripe. The payment is not the price of the Module or a payment for a service: it gives no technical support or other rights, and the Module stays free. Stripe sends the payment confirmation. A payment made by mistake is refunded on request sent within 30 days to mail@addonspresta.com.

§ 8. Conformity of the Modules with the contract and complaints

8.1. The Seller is responsible for supplying a Module that conforms to the contract. For Consumers and Sole Traders with Consumer Rights, the rules of Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 apply: the Seller is liable for a lack of conformity that exists at the time of supply and becomes apparent within two years of that time. For the period the Consumer can reasonably expect, and at least for those two years, the Seller also provides free of charge the Updates, including security updates, needed to keep the Module in conformity, and informs the Customer about them. Installing Updates is optional; the Seller does not change a supplied Module in any other way.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for a lack of conformity caused by the Customer not installing an Update provided by the Seller, if the Customer was informed about the Update and the consequences of not installing it, or by the Customer's digital environment not meeting the technical requirements stated on the Module page and communicated before the contract.

8.3. If the Module does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may demand that it be brought into conformity. If bringing it into conformity is impossible or would require excessive costs, if the Seller has not brought it into conformity, if the lack of conformity persists despite an attempt, or if it is so significant that it justifies an immediate price reduction or withdrawal, the Consumer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. The Consumer may not withdraw if the lack of conformity is immaterial. The Seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the statement on price reduction or withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless agreed otherwise.

8.4. A complaint can be submitted by e-mail at mail@addonspresta.com, through the contact form or by post. To help us handle it, please include the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, the PrestaShop and PHP versions and any error messages. The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it; for a Consumer, failing to respond within this time means that the complaint is accepted.

8.5. To determine whether a Module conforms to the contract, the Customer will cooperate with the Seller to a reasonable extent, using the least intrusive technical means available (for example by providing error logs or temporary access to a test copy of the shop). Giving access to a production shop is never a condition of handling a complaint. If access to the shop involves personal data of the Customer's clients, we process it only on the Customer's behalf and, on request, conclude a data processing agreement.

8.6. Security vulnerabilities in the Modules can be reported to mail@addonspresta.com. We handle such reports as a priority and inform Customers about security Updates.

§ 9. Right of withdrawal and the 30-day return guarantee

9.1. Statutory right of withdrawal. A Consumer and a Sole Trader with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded.

9.2. 30-day return guarantee. In addition to the statutory right, the Seller allows every Customer — including Business Customers — to withdraw from a contract for a Module (return the Module) within 30 days from the date of the order, without giving a reason. A Consumer may therefore withdraw within 30 days, even after downloading the Module; the Seller does not ask Consumers to waive the right of withdrawal before supply.

9.3. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail to mail@addonspresta.com or by post. You may use the model withdrawal form in the Annex, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send the statement before the period expires.

9.4. We refund all payments received under the contract within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that does not involve any costs for them.

9.5. After withdrawal the Customer must stop using the Module, uninstall it, delete all copies including modified versions, and not make it available to third parties. The Licence expires and access to Updates and support ends. The Seller may block further downloads of the Module. The Seller will not use content provided or created by a Consumer while using the Module, except as permitted by law.

§ 10. Business Customers

10.1. The provisions of this paragraph apply to Business Customers, but not to Sole Traders with Consumer Rights to the extent of the rights relating to abusive clauses, withdrawal and conformity of the Modules with the contract.

10.2. The Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) towards Business Customers is excluded. Defects of the Module are handled under § 8.4 and as part of technical support and Updates.

10.3. The Seller's total liability towards a Business Customer under a contract is limited to the price paid for the Module concerned and does not cover lost profits or indirect damage, except for damage caused intentionally.

10.4. The Business Customer is responsible for backing up their shop and testing Modules and Updates before deploying them to a production shop.

10.5. Disputes with Business Customers are resolved by the common court competent for the Seller's registered address.

§ 11. Reviews

11.1. Logged-in Customers may publish reviews of the Modules. Reviews are moderated and published after approval; we publish both positive and negative reviews.

11.2. We do not check whether the author of a review has bought the Module. Reviews are therefore not verified purchases.

11.3. A review must not contain unlawful content, personal data of other people, advertising or offensive language. We may refuse to publish or remove such a review and will inform the author of the reason.

11.4. Anyone can report content in the Store that they consider unlawful by writing to mail@addonspresta.com, which is also the single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. The report should contain an explanation, the exact location of the content and the reporter's name and e-mail address (except for reports concerning certain offences). We handle reports without undue delay and inform the reporter of the decision.

§ 12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

12.1. A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, in particular:

  • a free consumer advice from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or from consumer organisations, such as the Federacja Konsumentów,
  • mediation or a permanent consumer arbitration court at the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH) in Kraków,
  • for Consumers living in another EU country — the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence.

12.2. Information about these procedures is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl. Using them is voluntary for both parties; the Seller will state whether it agrees to a specific procedure once a dispute arises.

§ 13. Personal data

The Seller is the controller of the personal data of Customers. Details of the processing, the Customer's rights and the cookies used are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

§ 14. Changes to the Terms and final provisions

14.1. The Seller may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, a change in payment methods, a change in the scope of services or the need to remove ambiguities. We will inform Customers with an Account of the change by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect. Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed. A Customer who does not accept the change may delete the Account.

14.2. The changes do not affect the rights already acquired under the Licence, including the right to Updates and support for Modules already purchased.

14.3. These Terms are governed by Polish law. For Consumers, the choice of law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

14.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights of Consumers under mandatory provisions of law. Provisions less favourable to Consumers than the law provides do not apply to them.
