Referral Program

Referral Program gives every customer of your PrestaShop shop a personal referral link in My account and pays them a commission in points on every order of the friends they bring. Points become available after the order status and return period you choose, and customers exchange them for a personal discount code — a refer-a-friend and affiliate-style reward program without any external service.

Referral Program features

• Referral program page in My account: personal referral link with a copy button, referred friends, available and pending points, discount codes and friends' orders without their names
• A visitor who opens the link and creates an account or orders as a guest becomes the referred friend for good; new customers only, protection against self-referral (e-mail aliases, own address or phone)
• Commission as a percentage of the order total with one points rate both ways (for example 1 € = 10 points)
• Points approved by the order statuses you choose and available after a waiting period; cancel and refund statuses and credit slips take them back until then
• Optional limit of months during which a referred friend's orders earn points
• Exchange of available points for a discount code only for that customer, with a minimum of points and a validity in days you set
• Product page: points a recommendation brings and a "Copy my referral link" button, each switched on separately
• Cart: points an order like the current cart would bring, updated when quantities change
• Customer page in the Back Office: referral code, referrer, referred friends and points per shop
• Program description with the text editor in every language, no cron job needed
• Multistore: settings, points and discount codes per shop; English, Polish and French
