Login as Customer

Login as Customer lets you log in to your PrestaShop shop as any customer straight from the back office, to see their cart, orders, prices and addresses exactly as they do. Useful for customer support, checking customer group prices and reproducing reported problems — a "login as customer" button for PrestaShop admins.

Login as Customer features

• "Log in as customer" button on the customer page and in the row menu of the customer list
• The shop opens in a new tab as the customer, your back office session stays open
• One-time links valid for one minute, refused once used or expired
• Every login written to the shop log with the employee and the customer
• Only for employees who may edit customers and have access to the customer's shop
• Lands on My account of the customer's own shop in multistore
• Guest checkouts and deleted accounts cannot be used
• The customer's cart is never mixed with another one when you switch customers
• Nothing to configure, back office in English, Polish and French
